Warranty
All Vertigo Watches are covered by an international limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranty duration
From the date of receipt of the product, the coverage lasts for:

30 months for orders delivered to Italy

24 months (2 years) for European Union countries

12 months (1 year) for other countries
What does the warranty cover?
During the validity period, Vertigo Watches undertakes to repair free of charge any manufacturing defects that compromise the correct functioning of the watch.
To request warranty service, you must:

Any images or videos to support the request

If approved, our after-sales service will contact you with instructions on how to proceed.
Warranty Limitations
The warranty does not cover :

Cosmetic damage : scratches, bumps, breaks, falls or signs of wear

Non-covered components : straps, bracelets, glasses/crystals

Unauthorized interventions or maintenance performed by third parties

Regularity of movement that falls within the tolerances foreseen by the movement manufacturer

Damage caused by improper use , not in accordance with the instructions for use or by negligence
